Volunteer

Volunteers will receive free registration.

  • Welcome attendees and check them in to the Summit. Direct them to seating and orient them to the space.

  • Set up tables, chairs, and signage. Organize refreshments and snacks. Coordinate with lead organizers for particular setup needs.

  • Break down tables, chairs, and signage. Clean up trash and leave no trace. Coordinate with lead organizers for particular teardown needs.

  • Direct cars to open spots to provide an easy, low-stress parking experience for the summit.

  • Attend the summit and write a summary about the experience to be shared via the Circular Triangle website, newsletter, and social media.
